Plié is an explosive reaction to the everyday chaos of the 21st century. The band does not comfort the listener – their music is noisy, neurotic, awakening animalistic energy in their live performances, causing a hypnotic ritual of digital mysticism.

Plié has performed at the main European music showcases: ESNS, Ireland Music Week, Europavox, Linecheck Milan, MENT Ljubljana and Tallinn Music Week, opened for such bands as Xiu Xiu and Deaf Club.

The band was nominated as a ‘rock band of the year’ in the Lithuanian music awards M.A.M.A. marking the recognition of heavier music for the first time in the history of the awards. With their latest album We Know Exactly What We’re Doing they toured Europe for the second time, proving that the band’s unique style is significant not only for Lithuanian, but also for international audiences.
