Gabija Liaugminaitė is a project manager at the Vilnius Night Office and a board member of the Music Cities Network, helping position music as a core part of city life and connecting Vilnius to wider international networks. A cultural economist and DJ on a local community radio, she leads and curates the Dainyklos project and documents the current landscape of Vilnius’ grassroots music venues. Her work focuses on making municipal recognition and financial support sustainable, with particular attention to venues and artists, inclusion and gender distribution across the sector.
