Matas Drukteinis is a composer with a professional background in cultural policy and arts management. He is the founder of the site-specific music festival Muzika erdvėje and the cultural agency Art Gene. With over 15 years of experience in the cultural sector, he has worked extensively with cultural institutions, festivals, and contemporary music ensembles, and has advised artists and organizations on strategic development, communication, and audience engagement. He currently serves as Vice Minister of Culture.
