Daniel is a well established German music journalist currently living and working in Zürich and Berlin. In the past he has been online editor of German “Rolling Stone” (2009 – 2012), editor in chief of Germanys biggest printed indie music magazine “Intro” (2014 – 2018), co-editor in chief of “APPLAUSE by Ticketmaser” (2019 – 2020). Since 2020 he is part of the editorial team of Berlin-based “DIFFUS” magazine where he helped to launch the print issue of this successful online magazine as co-editor in chief in 2023. Daniel made music video content for brands like “SEAT” and German “Telekom” (for “MagentaMusik”) and now works as an editor of Swiss online music magazine “starzone.ch” in Zürich – besides his still ongoing freelance work. During the last years he also somehow managed to become a specialist for K-Pop and the Korean music industry and writes a lot about this topic. He even managed to get an interview with LISA of Blackpink fame – a very rare occasion.
