Villem Varik is a project manager and cultural strategist with a strong focus on the independent music scene. He currently works as the project manager at Paavli Kultuurivabrik, awarded Concert Venue of the Year 2024, and is a founding partner of Fundamental OÜ, a company supporting creative infrastructure and grant-based development. He has collaborated with both HUNGR (venue) and DAMN.Loud (agency), helping secure funding and shape sustainable growth strategies. With a background in history and theology, Villem bridges space, community, and sound—having also contributed to the release of over 20 records and the launch of multiple grassroots cultural spaces across Estonia.
