Eglė Gedminaitė is the person behind Perspective Collective, a project management and marketing agency for culture and music, empowering creatives to bring their ideas to life. With almost 12 years in the music industry, and a diverse background spanning volunteering, project and production management, and label work, she applies her experience to enable creatives to focus on their artistic vision and navigate industry complexities.

Eglė is an active member of the Lithuanian Music Business Association and a co-organizer of the “Murmurs” showcase, which is held in Vilnius, Lithuania. Furthermore, she shares her industry expertise as a lecturer at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.
