Christian Morin was part of the EIMER collective, a legendary multidisciplinary underground venue in post-wall Eastberlin. There he started programming from 1990 – 1997. In 1997 he founded his agency HEADQUARTER ENTERTAINMENT and started to organize tours all over the world. In high times the agency did over 500 shows a year. 2009 – 2021 he worked as music curator at the VOLKSBÜHNE, probably Germanys most famous theatre. Additionally he was asked to co-develop a concept for a new festival in 2014. In 2015 POP-KULTUR festival was born. Since then Christian Morin curates shows, comissioned works, talks, film and workshops alongside a booking team. Since 2021 he runs the festivals dramaturgy.

POP KULTUR usually attracts around 10.000 People over three days. In 2022 he has started a new series of shows in an old crematory called SONIC MORGUE and has curated a minifestival in a theatre in Vienna called DESERSHORE.
